Job Summary





This role will be a member of the Intelligent Recruitment Center IRC Team providing analytical services by collaborating with subject matter experts to develop advanced analytics statistical forecasting models machine learning methods and solutions to improve various business outcome indicators.





Key Responsibilities:






+ Work closely with the team to implement Talent Supply Demand forecasting models to realize value using advanced analytics


+ Analyze raw data and provide inputs to develop a comprehensive approach to telling a story with data


+ Manage run time processes and proactively highlight any risks issues


+ Contribute in building Talent HR capability by driving innovation and next generation analytics


+ Hands on experience of data preparation with large databases


+ Develop data marts with single view of employee customer using inputs from multiple data sources


+ Programming skills in Python R preferably Python


+ Able to convert business problems into statistical insights using appropriate techniques


+ Able to design and develop customer facing dashboards e.g., Tableau reporting


+ Proficiency in application of statistical prediction modeling, machine learning classification techniques and econometric forecasting


+ Experience in analytics projects in area of Talent HR to manage employee lifecycle key moments





Basic Qualifications:



+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics


+ Minimum of 2 years of coding experience



Preferred Qualifications:



+ Experience in statistical tools languages, such as R Python


+ Degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, or Mathematics


+ Experience handling data driven decisions in technology, online marketing channels, or e mail campaigns


+ Experience in various statistical and machine learning models, data mining, unstructured data analytics in corporate or academic research environments


+ Proven background in at least one of the following Reliability models, Markov Models, Stochastic models, Bayesian Modelling, Classification Models, Cluster Analysis, Neural Network, Non parametric Methods, Multivariate Statistics Passion to answer Product Engineering questions with data


+ Familiarity with relational databases and intermediate level knowledge of SQL


+ Communicate concisely and persuasively with engineers and product managers


+ Experience of leading client engagements

+ Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English


+ Proficient in Written spoken English or Spanish, bilingual is a plus

+ Passion to deliver hiring commitments on time and within agreed Service Levels (SL)while operating under optimal levels of productivity capacity utilization
