**Job Description:**



Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Database Administrator to oversee the maintenance and security measures of databases. Duties include monitoring and updating software to combat potential security breaches, creating account data for authorized individuals to access databases and organizing databases so individuals can find important documents in an efficient manner.



**Here's what you need:**



+ Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of relevant experience or Master's Degree with 6 years of relevant experience or 4 additional years of experience, in lieu of degree

+ Experience administering databases, including but not limited to: SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Oracle

+ Hands-on experience in designing database schema, data models Relational, Entity Relationship, Object based, etc. and performance tuning

+ Experience with integrating databases to data ingestion pipeline

+ Experience with graph databases such as Neo4j



**Bonus points if you have:**



+ Familiarity with data integration with Elasticsearch

+ Familiarity with Elasticsearch mapping its optimization for performance

+ Certifications in RDBMS and or NoSQL Databases

+ Experience with Agile software development, Scrum, SAFe

+ Experience with JIRA and Confluence

+ Experience with DevOps, DevSecOps and CI/CD implementation

+ Experience with Elasticsearch Kibana in developing visualizations dashboards and conducting analyses



**Security Clearance:**



+ An active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph



Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience.As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below andinformation on benefits offered is here. **Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role**



California: $90,700 - $147,100



Colorado: $90,700 - $127,100



New York City: $105,000 - $147,100



Washington: $96,600 - $135,200
