Job Responsibilities:
The Deal Anchor engages in 5M deals and improves the quality of response, showcasing the best assets and value proposition and articulating strong reasons for clients to buy from Accenture. It is a critical client facing role. The Deal Anchor works closely with the Sales Lead and the Solution Architect in a three in a box model to craft Accenture response in an end to end manner. The Deal Anchor needs to operate in a collaborative manner with all the stakeholders in the deal team and is engaged from stage 0 of the opportunity till closure.
Create a compelling story and meet RFP requirements
Oversee, develop and supervise plans to publish a compliant proposal with a compelling story for a given opportunity, including all required responses to RFP clarifications, proposal volumes, written, oral, cost, demonstrations site visits, etc.
Maintain compliance with requirements, internal Accenture controls, external regulations e.g., procurement process , and sales methodology.
Oversee, develop and supervise plans to publish a compliant proposal with a compelling story for a given opportunity, including all required responses to RFP clarifications, proposal volumes, written, oral, cost, demonstrations site visits, etc.
Maintain compliance with requirements, internal Accenture controls, external regulations e.g., procurement process , and sales methodology
Facilitate development of compliant proposal sections across all volume authors
Work with solution delivery and sales teams in identifying, analysis, solution, developing business case, proposal preparation and presentation to client Integrate content from proposal resources work with details to illustrate compelling story and a winning proposal narrative including management plans, staffing plans, past performance experience, transition plans, quality initiatives and other areas independently and through SME solution architect interactions
Moderate to extensive travel depending on client opportunity requirements
Overtime and On-Call required


Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited institution
Minimum 5 years of experience in managing pre-sales deal process
Minimum 3 years of experience in authoring end to end deals

Preferred Qualifications:
Managing large deals (50 million plus) in an end to end manner for global clients.
Should be able to articulate the solution description, core value proposition and key differentiators in a crisp manner.
Should have sound understanding of the Innovation plays and should be able to use them effectively in the proposal.
Understand the key components of the proposals and ensure that the proposal flows like a story.
Able to manage the stakeholder relationship- internal stakeholder management: makes things happen seamlessly.
