About the Role

Sales professionals drive the sales process and outcomes on a dedicated basis, growing a profitable pipeline and / or backlog of sales, through deal origination, bid management, deal shaping, contracting negotiations and closure. The Deal Execution Consultant will contribute to profitable sales growth, throughout supporting the lead of opportunity / deal team, and act on the deal team in the role of deal shaper and / or bid manager. Additionally, they will build business case and consolidate sales materials / credentials to support a variety of BD activities.

Key Responsibilities

Work with Accenture account teams to originate, qualify and shape consulting or outsourcing opportunities that are profitable to Accenture and have a compelling value proposition to the client:
Execute Accenture leaderships sales strategy by providing commercial analysis, checking contract compliance, and conducting company internal reviews
Work with account team and solution team to build pricing models
Support the creation of proposal materials (RFI, RFPs, etc.) and other key events in the sales process like oral presentations and site visits
Support the development of contract materials (e.g.: Master Service Agreement, Contract Schedules, Statements of Work, etc.)
Understand and leverage Accentures sales best practices, tools, processes and reporting
Understand Accenture assets, offerings and methodologies to match to client business needs effectively


Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
Logical thinking ability, hypothetical building and issue-solving skills
Proficient in Excel, and good in PowerPoint and Word
Bachelor's degree
Challenge spirit and self-driven
Enjoy teamwork and learn fast
Good communication skills (English written & spoken)
Willing to develop in the sales field for a long time, able to adapt to high-intensity work
Preferred Qualifications
Preferable with 1-2 years of professional services and / or consulting sales and / or solution presales experience
Experience with end-to-end sales cycles (origination -> solution -> commercial negotiation -> close)
Project management skills
With experience in data analysis, financial reporting, sales/revenue tracking, internal approval securing, etc.
