Job Description:





The Deal Execution Manager manages the opportunity sales pursuit and closes opportunities using deep sales process and offering expertise. Develop and direct the sales efforts for new client target acquisition and/or direct the efforts to ensure execution of sales strategies geared toward protecting and growing business with existing clients.





Key Responsibilities






+ Adapts existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex problems.


+ Understands the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals.


+ Uses considerable judgment to determine solution and seeks guidance on complex problems.


+ Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor. May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture.


+ Determines methods and procedures on new assignments with guidance.


+ Decisions often impact the team in which they reside.


+ Manages small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture





Must Have:



+ Minimum of a Bachelors degree


+ Minimum of 5 years of Technical Sales focused on Cloud and -As-A-Service


+ Minimum of 5 years experience in Technical and Operational Solution Consulting


+ Minimum of 5 years of experience translating technical solution requirements to business requirements and outcomes.


+ Minimum of 4 years of experience qualifying opportunities using criteria including win probability, competitive landscape, client relationship, & deal profitability with a proven track record of achieving quotas


Extra Credit for:




+ ServiceNow Sales Certification


+ Experience with Accenture Sales Channel


+ Accenture selling methods


+ Ability to convey value from technology and how it fits within the Enterprise


+ Knowledge of Service Management, ITIL, HR, Security Operations, and Customer Service Management


+ Executive presentation experience with business acumen


+ Excellent written and oral communication skills


+ Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment


+ Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment


+ Strong time management skills



Other Requirements:



+ Ability to travel as needed up to 50%


+ Primary Residency in the South
