The Platform Sales Senior Manager will contribute to profitable sales growth as a member of an opportunity deal team. Typically act on the deal team in the role of deal shaper, negotiator and/or bid manager. You will drive adoption and implementation of sales programs, initiatives, tools to improve sales performance. Supports analysis of sales results, reporting, and opportunity data. Manage sales materials, credentials and other relevant information to support a variety of sales opportunities and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Contribute to profitable sales growth as a member of an opportunity deal team

+ Create sales campaign strategy and ensure involvement of Accenture Leadership to develop winning, compelling, and compliant win strategies and proposals

+ Develop capture tactics, competitive analysis, and teaming strategies that balance program risk and reward

+ Support client delivery and business development teams in building relationships with client decision makers and key influencers

+ Ensure capture strategy and proposal activities comply with internal controls, ensuring corporate and internal reviews are conducted

Travel: Required

YOUR EXPERIENCE: Basic Qualifications

+ 10+ years of professional services in digital business, web/ software development

And/or consulting

+ 5+ years of agile experience

+ 5+ years working on 10+ deals at the same time

+ 5+ years working on 12+ clients per week

+ 10+ years of client facing experience

SET YOURSELF APART: Preferred Qualifications

+ Core Management consulting skills including:

+ Executive & Digital Leadership Workshop facilitation

+ Run end-to-end digital sales cycles (origination -> solution -> close)

+ Experience working with & jointly going to market with strategic vendors (software/channel/technology)

+ Client interviews/focus groups

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills

+ Business-case development

+ Client relationship skills and strong business development acumen

+ Experience with defining high level enterprise digital architectures and applying digital commerce best practices to support strategy recommendations

+ Experience with developing large scale strategy for global solutions for Fortune 500 clients, including requirements definition and implementation

+ Bachelor's degree in related field
