Business Process Services professionals work on projects across a range
of business processes, business applications and information technology. They
may provide technology services, such as application management, infrastructure
management and systems integration, or they may deliver business process
outsourcing services, including finance and accounting, procurement and human
resources. Depending on the role, Operations professionals may be based at a
clients office or in one of Accentures 50 delivery centers around the world.

You Are:

The Digital Project Manager (DPM) will be the primary point of contact to stakeholders for execution of digital projects. The DPM is in charge of the development, update, and follow up on project status timelines based on the requests received from the stakeholders. Also, the DPM will coordinate the work of the development team, stakeholder, creative agency and any other required third parties.

The Work:

+ Day-to-Day point of
contact for project management across digital publishing (i.e build, QA,
and deployment)

+ Primary point of contact
for any DP/project escalation and communication

+ Completes necessary
tracking and documentation in JIRA or similar work planning tools

+ Attends functional PRT
reviews, as requested.

+ Understands project
status and necessary documentation, information needed for work to be
successfully completed

+ Actively
participant/lead agency/job owner status calls

+ Provides proactive
guidance and scenario planning based on established standards, targeted
launch dates, and process

+ Identify risks that
could potentially impact timelines and determine viable solutions

+ Central point of contact
for miscellaneous digital related requests

+ Responsible to ensure
quality delivery of assets to client

+ Build and maintain stakeholder
relationships (Franchise/Promotion teams, Agencies, other third parties)

+ Identification of
service optimization efforts

Here's What You Need:

+ Bachelor's degree

+ Minimum of 2 years of experience in program project management

+ Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a client and or customer facing role

Bonus Points:

+ Knowledge of Marketing Services

+ Proficiency in spreadsheet software e.g. Microsoft Excel and presentation software i.e. Microsoft PowerPoint

+ Solid multi phase project management skills

Professional Skills:

+ Ability to adapt to the varied corporate cultures and organizational structures of our customers

+ Exceptional track record of building relationships with stakeholders or customers that have resulted in high customer satisfaction

+ Ability to work in a process and deadline driven environments

+ Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects

+ Ability to translate between technical and non technical people

+ Practical problem solving and strategic thinking skills

+ Excellent English communication presentation skills, both oral and written

+ Ability to work effectively with a global, virtual team

+ High energy level, self motivated, and demonstrates initiative

Travel Requirements:

This position is required to sit on site at the client in North Wales, PA once Covid restrictions subside and requires travel up to 50 as needed
