Job Description

The Inclusion & Diversity Talent Scout is part of the CMT Recruitment team. This individual is a highly motivated, self-starter, strategist, who builds a personal network of both internal and external contacts in their professional networks and communities. They take a talent led sourcing approach in their markets to drive employee referrals and uncover top passive diverse talent that may not have engaged with Accenture Recruiting through the normal sourcing approach. This individual is Accentures eyes and ears in their market in terms labor market shifts, networking/partnership opportunities, and event planning.

Key Responsibilities

+ Research market to identify sources of diverse talent that is in alignment with CMT hiring plans

+ Build lasting and deep relationships with external organizations to promote Accenture as an employer of choice for diverse talent

+ Closely monitor progress against recruiting goals and provide guidance and suggestions for improvement as needed

+ Advise and develop plans/business case for new strategic recruiting interventions within CMT

+ Work closely with CMT recruiting team and the CMT business to collaborate on the alignment of diverse pipelines from organizations, events, and programs

+ Coordinate logistics and support of local I&D recruiting events with local recruiters and Employee Resource Groups

+ Maintain close working relationship with CMT NA Recruiting lead, CMT I&D Lead and regional I&D teams to ensure alignment with overall I&D goals and priorities

+ Develop best practices which can be shared across other DTEs as needed

+ Leverage key findings and data to advise, develop, and execute I&D recruiting programs

+ Provide guidance to diverse applicants as they progress through the recruiting process

+ Maintain candidate/joiner relationships after onboarding by conducting 30 / 60 day checkpoints

+ Occasional travel will be required for key strategic events within region or for national conferences

Basic Qualifications:

+ Minimum of 2 years involvement in I&D recruiting (programs, organizations, ERGs, events, etc.)

Preferred Skills:

+ Minimum 2 years' experience in candidate sourcing OR relationship management

+ Minimum of 2 years of consulting or consulting talent acquisition

Professional Skills:

+ Passion for building deep relationships and selling Accenture to candidates

+ Strategy and change management skills

+ Critical thinking skills

+ Problem solving skills

+ Ability to translate metrics and trends into strategy

+ Business acumen; executive presence

+ Ability to influence and build relationships with multiple levels of leadership

+ Ability to effectively engage and lead people & projects

+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

+ Ability to deliver results through others without direct authority

+ Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian

+ Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian
