Job Description:



Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Duck Creek Test Engineering Manager in Atlanta, GA to lead end to end testing workstreams for Duck creek implementations across Policy admin, Billing, Claims along for each product release. S/he will perform the following duties: lead automation testing efforts, select and implement appropriate test automation tools like Regression runner, TAC and TOSCA and recommend enhancement to existing test suites to optimize future regression efforts; document and implement best practices across multiple vendor teams working for Client on Duck creek Software testing; develop and execute software test plans to identify software problems and their causes; work with business users to understand and elicit requirements for their insurance lines of business and analyze the feasibility of implementing the solutions in Duck creek; lead testing activities for Duck Creek platform upgrades for insurance clients through development and testing phases to keep their instance of the software current with both revisions and maintenance releases; perform in-depth analysis of third party web-services and other applications that run upstream to and downstream from Duck Creek modules to ensure correct integration and data flow during test cycles; work with insurance business analysts to document and implement policy enhancements to meet regulatory compliance requirements for policy forms; integrate test suites into a application lifecycle management tools such as HP Application Lifecycle Management, Jira (Atlassian Jira tool) and TFS(Team Foundation Server); work closely with developers and/or product support representatives to reproduce, isolate, and resolve product anomalies or design issues; build traceability metrics for monitoring project progress and reporting, create detailed software testing plans and project documentation related to the testing phases of the software development lifecycle.

















Basic Qualifications:



This position requires at least a bachelors degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, Engineering (any), or in a closely related field, plus 5 years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience as Team Lead, Software Engineer or in closely a related IT position. This position also requires the following professional experience: 5 years of experience developing end to end product testing strategy (System Testing, Product testing , User acceptance testing and regression testing) for Insurance business products personal and commercial lines; 4 years of experience in design and development of test automation suite for Insurance products , using industry leading tools like TOSCA or Selenium; 5 years of experience in gathering business requirements for insurance products to capture Rating, forms and business rules using Duck Creek Policy and billing administration tool; and 4 years of experience in using end to end application lifecycle management tools like HP ALM, Microsoft Team foundation server or Jira to managed requirement traceability and end to end test processes Test preparation, test execution, defect triaging and test pass and fail reporting for all stake holders; and 5 years of experience in DuckCreek Product Suite Policy and Billing.
