Sales Enablement professionals support sales on a dedicated basis, through deal origination, sales negotiations and closure, and/or driving and managing programs to improve sales performance, efficiencies and outcomes.




Role description:


The Ecosystem Sales Enablement Cisco Specialist is
responsible for supporting sales directors in the management and execution of
sourcing opportunities to achieve sales targets. The candidate will focus on
Ciscos products, services, and tools to help create and manage renewal quotes
for our partners. They will manage
requests for all Cisco Smartnet quotes including revisions of quotes for
existing and takeover clients. These
activities will include, but are not limited to, conducting presales and post
sales tracking, processing of credit requests, providing purchase confirmations
to our customers for all Smartnet purchases and maintaining the accuracy of
inventory for our global clients. They should
possess advanced skills in data analyses and interpretation to optimize
efficiency and quality and to interpret data.
Additional skills should include acquiring data from primary sources and
maintaining databases and provide ongoing reports.





Specific Skills:



Experience with Cisco CCW and CCW-R knowledge
of quoting, Smartnet renewal contracts, ordering and processing



Expert knowledge of Ciscos new contract and
renewal contract ordering processing



Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft
Excel Skills Some experience with Pivot tables, Charts and Graphs



Strong communication and presentation skills



Strong
attention to detail; ability to deliver against short deadlines



Work
effectively with cross functional teams internally, vendor/partners, and
clients



Ability
to prioritize high value tasks among multiple requests and stakeholders



Analytical
skills - ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant
amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy



Adept at queries and presenting findings - maintain
dataset accuracy (source of truth master data)



Helping develop reports and analysis










Basic Qualifications:





+ Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience (12 years) or an Associate's Degree with 6 years of experience.


+ Proficient skills and knowledge of Microsoft Product suite


+ Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Excel


+ 4 years experience with Sales focus: the ability to provide customer focused service and to upsell


+ High level understanding and interest in technology platforms: hardware, software, and associated services


+ 4 years experience of finance concepts and quote to cash workflow: invoicing, accounts receivable, cash application, invoice collection


+ Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment


+ Proficient organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills


+ Excellent (written and oral) communication and interpersonal skills
