As a Project Manager (PM), you will have the exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team developing and delivering large scale enablement programs across North America. Your responsibilities will focus on supporting customers to roll out large scale skills development programs, collaborating with field sales and training and certification teams to oversee skills transformation programs, developing project management processes and reporting mechanisms for the program, report on the progress of these programs, and drive customer satisfaction by providing creative solutions to complex questions.
You must be a self-starter that is comfortable working directly with customers, possess exceptional organizational, SCRUM and program management skills and thrives in a fast paced and dynamic team environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Partner with customer and sales team to develop skills transformation programs
· Run regular stand up meetings with customer and AWS stakeholders to manage training program
· Work as a team with AWS account managers to directly support key customers with their program management needs, where needed, develop program management tools and documents for customer and AWS
· Not afraid to roll up your sleeves and leverage all available resources and find creative solutions to uncommon customer issues
· Become a subject matter expert and educate account managers and customers on best practices for running large scale enablement projects
· Craft monthly business reviews to AWS leadership to surface key business insights from the field and advocate for our customers
· Opportunity to lead change and spearhead projects that will transform the AWS customer experience


Basic Qualifications
· 10+ years of relevant experience
· Customer facing experience
· Proficient in SCRUM framework
· Proven record of developing project management processes and reporting mechanisms
· Proven record of Sales engagements greater than $1m
· Proven ability to work in an ambiguous environment
· BA/BS degree required or equivalent experience


Preferred Qualifications
· A technical background a plus
· Training business experience
· Strong verbal and written communications skills
