Entry Level Recruiting Candidate Specialist

The Candidate Management Team is responsible for entry level candidates from application through onboarding, working to determine the mutual fit for Accenture and our candidates, while considering program demand and location needs. As a Candidate Specialist you will create a world class candidate experience and align exceptional candidates to best fit roles. + Evaluate resumes to assess against entry-level profile; makes next step decisions

+ Screen candidates to introduce Accenture, understand skills, and coach on career opportunities

+ Exhibit deep knowledge and understanding of the analyst experience and all entry-level role needs and candidate profiles

+ Serve as primary resource for recruits throughout the assessment process status updates, answers questions, extends offers, schedules start dates, coordinate all follow-up efforts

+ Communicate thoughtfully and drive a positive candidate experience, regardless of outcome

+ Coordinate with hiring managers to determine desired talent needs and match to program demand

+ Mindfully develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs, engage candidates and maintain relationships for long term talent opportunities

+ Utilize and maintain candidate management system in real time - conducting periodic quality checks to ensure data integrity

+ Promote Accenture employer brand online and offline

+ Participate in national campus recruiting project teams

+ Attend location recruiting events as needed

Basic Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

+ Minimum 1 of year Recruiting or Recruiting Capability experience

+ Passion for recruiting and providing an exemplary candidate experience

+ Outstanding communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

+ Detail oriented with a focus on quality results/deliverables

+ Strong organization skills, multi-tasking and time-management skills

+ Desire to work in a fast-paced, high caliber and dynamic environment

+ Creative thinking and agility, willing to flex with role needs

+ Ability to escalate where appropriate

+ Proven ability to work independently, with strong self-motivation, as well as excels as a team member

+ Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian

+ Familiarity with Applicant Tracking and Candidate Management Systems
