Job Description

The EPIC Team Lead will lead a small team and is responsible for delivering high caliber customer service and metrics to the clients business customers.

The EPIC Team Lead will represent the team in communications with the client and provide all levels of support when necessary. They are the main point of contact for the client and act as the point for escalation. They are responsible for all aspects of the process and will liaise closely with global counterparts. There will be a strong element of analytical metrics review & input, new process incubation, induction and process improvement.


Basic Qualifications

Minimum 4+ years of Epic EMR implementation / support experience is required
Epic certification in either IP Orders or ClinDoc is required
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Lead in the healthcare industry
Hands-on experience working with client team on requirement gathering for Epic Inpatient related build.
Hands-on experience with co-ordination with offshore team to translate the requirements into builds, Unit testing and support integrated testing.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work on own initiative while in a Team environment
Excellent organizational & time management abilities
Ability to establish and maintain key relationships across both Accenture and the Clients organization
Participate in user group meetings/discussions.
