Job Description
Provide location support for the team and office, and executive support to various executives with complex organizational responsibilities. Independently complete assigned non-routine tasks to meet goals and work effectively in a team environment. Serve as the primary support for office, and act as a liaison between the executives and their organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Be a Hospitality-minded and Executive support business partner for Accenture customers, executives and by provide administrative support, including but not limited to:

+ Independently complete a wide range of Workplace Solutions customer experience activities such as workspace set-up, A/V and collaboration tool support, food and beverage, welcome and arrivals hospitality experience, floor operations support, or space utilization management

+ Support the planning and execution of on-site meeting and events curating client and customer experiences that are detailed, high touch and high impact.

+ Make process improvement suggestions and implement appropriate change to ensure continued seamless office experiences for all.

+ Support life safety functions including digital badge process, audit reports, audit cycles and general C-Cure administration.

+ Assist with integration efforts for local acquisition groups.

+ Manage invoicing and accounts payable process including resolving billing issues with vendor and escalating issues as needed

+ Manage vendor relationships and administer NDAs.

+ Prepare and analyze workplace data reports.

+ Support change management efforts around driving new customer behaviors as well as customer experiences.

+ Identify new ways to add value proactively, taking on new tasks to help the location team to be more productive.

+ Act as the liaison/representative of the executive(s)

+ Develop deep understanding of executive(s)' line of business, clients, and team.

+ Develop relationships with executives clients and their Executive Support members.

+ Identifying new ways to add value & proactively take on new tasks to help the executive be more productive.

+ Managing complex calendars, coordination of appointments, meetings & travel, as well as extensive rescheduling.

+ Anticipate travel needs, independently coordinating complex travel arrangements, both domestic & international.

+ Keep current and be knowledgeable on Accentures tools and technology, recommend and educate executives to support Accentures overall strategy.

+ Arranging/coordinating on-site & off-site meetings.

+ May handling time/expense reporting for executives.

+ Draft & edit correspondence/documents on executive's behalf.

+ Researching, pulling reports & analyzing data.

Other requirements

+ Overtime may be required periodically.

+ Hours are 8 a.m. 5 p.m. (hour lunch). This is an in-office role.

Basic Qualifications:

+ High School Diploma/GED

+ Minimum of 5 years of Executive Assistant or business experience or Bachelors degree

Preferred Qualifications:

+ College degree preferred

+ Excellent Microsoft Office Skills (excel, power point, word).

+ Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Outlook

+ Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
