The Work:
The Agile Coach provides assists and leads teams in applying Agile thinking to the specific environment and impediments that the teams face. The Agile Coach works as an advisor and helps the team adapt the methodology to their environment and challenge the existing environment. He/she assists the software development teams in using Agile Methods and mentors Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and other roles as needed. The Agile Coach provides recommendations for training and employee development in Agile methods and Agile tool implementation. Knowledge of Scrum, Agile Backlog Management, Agile Measurement techniques, Product Management, SAFe, and issue/risk management is expected.

Here's What You Need:
+ 5+ years of experience as an Agile Coach
+ Experience in coaching on a Scaled Agile Frameworks (SAFe) program
+ Experience running agile projects of varying size and complexity through training and hands on experience
+ Extensive experience in multiple forms of communication including verbal, PowerPoint, email and navigating operational environments
+ US Citizenship Required
Nice to have:
+ Federal and/or DOJ or Intel Community experience
+ Can showcase examples of implementing agile techniques in different cultures and environments
+ Strong leader, educator, and coach
+ An excellent communicator and motivator
Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience.As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here. Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role
California: $122,600 - 198,800
Colorado: $122,600 - 171,700
New York City: $141,800 - 198,800
Washington: $130,500 - 182,800
