The key responsibilities of the Release Train Engineers include, but are not limited, to the following:

+ Facilitate Agile Release Train processes and assist the product teams in delivering value

+ Communicate with appropriate stakeholders, escalate issues, manage risk, and drive continuous improvement

+ Establish and facilitate Program Increments

+ Provide training, coaching and orchestrate the adoption of LEAN-Agile methodology at scale across multiple initiatives

Basic Skills & Qualifications:

+ 8+ years of experience leading software development, solution delivery, or agile transformation initiatives though SAFe methodologies

+ 3+ years of training experience

+ 2+ years of Lean-Agile Program Management experience supporting product teams

+ Candidate should be a Certified SAFe Agilist or Certified Release Train Engineer with one or more of the following:

+ ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP)

+ ICAgile Certified Expert in Agile Coaching (ICE-AC)

+ Certified Scrum Professional (CSP)

+ Certified Product Owner

+ Advanced Certified Scrum Master (A-CSM)

+ Candidate must have U.S. Citizenship

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

+ SAP experience

+ SAFe Metrics/Reporting

+ ServiceNow experience

+ Analytics

An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
