You are:



The ServiceNow/PeopleSoft Operations Desk Analyst will use their extensive knowledge of the client's multiple business systems to provide Tier I and II system application support to end users - solving problems and issues of various size and complexity. You must be comfortable in a client-facing role where high levels of trust are built and maintained through superior customer service skills.



The work:





+ You will participate in executing system testing of applications/systems, as well as facilitate User Acceptance Testing initiatives with end users.



+ You will also work across project teams to assist in training activities and requirements gathering.







Here's what you need:





+ Experience in Customer Service Technology Support Centers



+ Experience in software testing





The extras:





+ US Citizenship required; dual citizens not eligible









Bonus points if you have:





+ ServiceNow experience



+ Peoplesoft experience
