Job responsibilities include but not limited to:






+ Daily analysis, maintenance, and reporting of the
corporate pipeline using Salesforce


+ Frequent engagement with Division Managers and
Group VPs to track/provide updates on specific opportunities and intel


+ Track and qualify draft solicitations, live
solicitations, or other opportunities of interest identified in the corporate
pipeline


+ Monitor, manage, and vet task orders as they are
released on existing Prime and Sub IDIQ contracts


+ Search for new opportunities using a variety of
tools such as FBO, GovWin, and GSA eBuy


+ Participate in regular business
development and/or pipeline review meetings


+ Leverage relationships with industry partners to
identify and/or qualify opportunities


+ Initiate contact with teaming partners and
develop work arrangements


+ Form teaming strategies to optimize win
probability


+ Help develop win strategies, win themes, value
propositions, capture and proposal themes


+ Maintain corporate intelligence on potential
customers, teaming partners, and competitors


+ Provide written and oral reports to senior management on
capture status per opportunity


+ Attend meetings and trade shows to establish and maintain
industry partnerships, teaming arrangements, etc.


+ Maintain corporate intelligence on competitors and teaming
partners


+ Assist in capture and proposal activities as needed


+ Support and provide relevant information for meetings with
government personnel to establish and maintain relationships


+ Provide analysis for specific opportunities, markets and
trends, and ad hoc requests













Basic Skills & Qualifications





+ Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Federal
Government contracting


+ Excellent research, written and communications skills


+ Ability to be a self-starter and strong attention to detail


+ Knowledge of government solicitation documents, including
standard RFP structure


+ Experience with MS Office suite and ability to create,
format, and manipulate Excel spreadsheets and develop PowerPoint presentations


+ Ability to manage and prioritize time between regular
duties, ad hoc requests, and higher-level corporate priorities/initiatives


+ Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment


+ US Citizenship required











Preferred Skills & Qualifications:






+ Experience with WordPress and basic website maintenance


+ Experience with Salesforce Customer Relationship Management
tool suite


+ Ability to learn about technical concepts related to cyber
security capabilities


+ Communication skills to explain key benefits/challenges of
opportunities to business unit personnel and management


+ Problem solving, organization and time management skills to
balance competing priorities


+ Experience reviewing contractual agreements such as
Non-Disclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements, Subcontracts, etc.


+ Familiarity with defense contracting tools, including but
not limited to: FBO, GovWin, Seaport, GovTribe, etc.









An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
