The Project Control Senior Analyst role will support the service delivery or product team(s) in managing resources, projects and budgets to meet the goals of the business and clients. When required, develop and execute demand management processes, provide training and education on standard project management requirements and methods, facilitate project governance and reporting, and create models to improve business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Provide coordination/communication with appropriate Delivery Leads and delivery personnel to ensure initiatives meet schedule, budget, and quality commitments

+ Produce consolidated project status reporting

+ Track, measure, report and communicate project delivery costs, performance issues and risks.

+ Maintain internal process documentation

+ Provide Executive ad hoc analysis and support as required

+ Ensure that new deals and projects adhere to governance processes or escalate non-compliance to the PMO and Delivery Excellence Lead

+ Provide continuous improvement to processes, tools, metrics and training based on ongoing experience, process metrics and feedback from process users and other stakeholders, to drive further efficiencies in the organization

+ Review Project Status Reports and action item logs to identify issues; address risks and concerns directly with project stakeholders or action item assignees, or raise them to the attention of senior management for further direction

+ Facilitate a project management network to provide a vehicle for learning opportunities and sharing project management experiences

+ Support standard management reporting processes and metrics throughout the delivery organization by creating templates, job aids and other materials and produce reporting packages as required

Basic Qualifications

+ 4-year degree or two-year degree, or no degree with four years of relevant work experience

+ 2+ years of experience with MS Project or other Work Planning Tool.

+ 2+ years of experience working in project administration/support, including milestone tracking

+ 2+ years of experience with any/all of the following: status reporting, metrics reporting and analysis, finance reporting, time reporting, expense reporting, resource tracking, deliverable tracking, issue and risk tracking, change control management, and service management reporting

+ 2+ years of experience with MS Excel or Advanced knowledge of the tool

+ US Citizenship Required (Dual Citizenship not eligible for consideration)

Preferred Qualifications

+ Experience with Power BI highly preferred

+ Experience in project administration and support

+ Proficient to advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite

+ Ability to contribute to a high-performing, motivated workgroup by applying interpersonal and collaboration skills to achieve project goals and realize value

+ Ability to contribute to the creation of an environment that facilitates high performance and motivates individuals to work collaboratively as a team

+ Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

+ Ability to direct own work and that of others

+ Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Project Server, Visio, Outlook, Access, SharePoint

+ Leads/manages small to medium work effort and/or team

+ Strong written and oral communication

+ Strong problem-solving skills

An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
