You Are:



Business Operations Specialist, who is/has:





+ Capable of developing staffing models and template schedules based trending new and existing requirements/scope.



+ Capable of developing and reviewing program's resource loaded IMS to determine operational or committed project impacts.



+ Capable of understanding Solution Architecture, Procurement, Engineering Phases.



+ Ability to independently integrate the Budgetary Estimates into IMS, and illustrate program's Resource Allocation Capacity





The work:





+ Responsible for providing analysis based on capacity and demand variances as a result of Resource Capacity and Requirement deliverables.



+ Responsible for working with the Task Order Manager (TOM), Functional Team leads, and IPT Leads to review estimated workhours, Detailed IMS, and Impacts/mitigation factors.



+ Responsible for working with the Program Manager (PM), Task Order Manager (TOM) and Integrated Product/Program Team (IPT) Leads to report analysis based on new and existing work scope.







Heres what you need:





+ 5+ years of PMO experience



+ 6 years of Microsoft Project or scheduling experience



+ 5+ years of Cost Estimating Experience



+ Bachelors degree or PMO experience in lieu of a degree



+ Must be a permanent resident or U.S. Citizen

+ Client Financial Mgmt (CFM) Reports



+ Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)



+ DCMA Scheduling Best Practices



+ Corporate Development and Transactional Services Pricing



+ Microsoft Project Server



+ MS Project Professional
