+ Develops the overarching change management strategy for the Procurement Sections organization relocation assessment, to include communications, organization design, and training

+ Defines strategy and transition plan for future state and relocation

+ Liaise with senior Procurement leadership to understand relocation change impacts, including project stakeholders, key messages, and org structure requirements to inform the change mgmt. approach

+ Assess various organization models/structures against the Procurement Sections transition goals; devise recommendations on the org scenarios that best meet the Sections needs

+ Support development of related roles, jobs, and tasks in the proposed organization model

+ Develop and execute transition plan and communications strategy, including identification of key messages, appropriate vehicles, and branding per stakeholder group

+ Develop change measurement strategy; identify metrics to measure employee sentiment throughout the change journey

+ Oversee the day-to-day management of the AFS transition change management team; ensures all deliverables meet content and quality standards
