The Clinical Data Integration Developer will:



+ Be responsible for building integration components for
transforming and loading clinical data from the clients clinical data
warehouse and mobile app platform into a centralized Clinical Data store
(based on HL7 FHIR).


+ Analyze data structure of clients clinical data sources


+ Define mappings for clinical data sources to FHIR
structure


+ Build services in Java which will perform the data
integration/transformations based on the mappings


+ Embed the integration components into the platform
ingestion framework





Minimum Qualifications:







+ Bachelor's Degree required


+ 3 years experience with Java Programming language, Extract Transform & Load (ETL) Patterns & Techniques, Data Conversion & Migration



Preferred Qualifications:





+ Experience with Kafka, Spring Boot, Micro Services, JSON, Apache Nifi, FHIR, HL7, Clinical Data







An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
