The CM Quality Manager will be responsible for leading quality and compliance activities within the CM Analytics, Data and Records team. Duties may include leading audit and sampling, definition/implementation of tools and processes, presentation/outreach to the business and corporate leadership driving compliance and awareness on our corporate responsibilities in accordance with Accenture Policy. Specific duties may include driving Contract Management (CM) input to the annual Incurred Cost Proposal process, managing and suggesting improvements to the Project Setup Brief process, managing CM responses to audit support or Government audit requests, performing and validating CAS reviews, completing ECRMA/Service Contract reporting, due diligence requests, and CPAR management. Provide supervision to Contract Management professionals (at all levels) as required. Provide guidance to AFS business/client units and project teams on contract management and policy compliance. Organize, control, and direct the work activities of any contract management professionals assigned to support. Reports to CM ADR Senior Manager.



Basic Qualifications:




+ U.S. Citizenship required


+ Bachelor's degree


+ 8 years experience in any of the following:



+ Contracts


+ Project management


+ Federal government environment



+ Experience working with senior leadership; able to effectively communicate with client executives and all levels of the organization


+ Strong leadership, influencing, management, negotiation, drafting and teaming skills with strong exec presence


+ Thorough knowledge of corporate business practices, government and commercial contracting regulations and principles, and accounting and finance principles


+ Able to manage complex activities in accordance with company policies and procedures, applicable laws, and customer requirements; Demonstrated successful management of complex functions


Preferred Qualifications:




+ Bachelor's degree in business, contract management, law or engineering


+ Knowledge of and experience with Federal financial compliance regulations





An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
