You: Possess deep understanding of Operational Publication functions that supports the authoring of new operational products and updating of existing technical products based on intelligence and data provided by CSD's Threat Analysts.



The work:





+ Lead sensitive incident response data to author new products to convey threat and mitigation guidance to external stakeholders.



+ Responsible for determining the needs of end users of CSD's operational and technical publications to assist with identifying appropriate product development.



+ Critical thinking required to ensure products provide only the information CSD stakeholders need.



+ Coordinate from multiple sources and recommend areas for improvement to the Technical Writing and Publication processes.



+ Manage Technical writers and graphics teams to produce high-quality and engaging technical products for web and print.







Here is what you need:





+ Bachelors degree or equivalent years of work experience.



+ Publishing skills



+ Knowledge of Cyber Security Technologies and Services



+ Proficient in multimedia using Adobe Suite



+ Proficient in use of multimedia to include print and web applications



+ Authoring and editing skills



+ Data and document management skills





Bonus Points If:





+ Listening skills and relationship management



+ Creative writing skills



+ Editing and publishing skills



+ Knowledge of Adobe creative suite



+ Use of social media campaigning
