You are:




A risk-savvy and compliance-smart expert in the industry. You stay current with the latest cyber threats and help clients spot them before they happen. You work well across technology teams to implement the latest security frameworks and put security systems and processes in place. And, when it comes to creating IT risk assessments, you tackle the design and launch with ease.









The work:





+ Support the development of Cyber Workforce Improvement Policy and keep track of Cyber Security Workforce training, certifications and qualifications


+ Support the compilation of Cyber Security compliance and assessment reports


+ Provide subject matter expertise to the Information System Security Manager (ISSM) and Enterprise Stakeholders


+ Update and maintain a Cyber Security Dashboard, and develop improved metrics and measures to quantify Cyber Risk


+ Support Assessment and Authorization (A&A) meetings and Information Assurance (IA) status briefs






Here's what you need:



+ 3 years of experience supporting Cyber Security efforts within the DoD


+ 2 years of experience developing Cyber Security governance and policy processes and documentation


+ 2 years of experience implementing and tracking Cyber Security metrics, and developing dashboards and risk assessment reports


+ Familiarity with National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Cyber Guidance documents



Bonus points if:




+ Youre a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or have similar security certifications


+ You have knowledge of DoD Cyber Security Policies

An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
