Intelligence correlation and application is a key factor for the security posture of any organization with a mature cyber defense. As threat information is gathered, it can be developed into actionable intelligence and applied to detect physical or cyber threats. As a Cyber Threat Intelligence Manager, you would conduct hands-on, all source analysis to identify, monitor, assess, and counter vulnerabilities and threats posed by threat actors against client information systems.



Basic Qualifications:




+ Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training or work experience

+ 5 years experience in Cyber Intelligence concepts and implementation, and cyber intrusion kill chain concepts and implementation




Preferred Skills and Qualifications:




+ SOC analyst or Incident Response experience


+ Hands-on experience in countermeasure implementation through creation of detection rules


+ Experience within the Safety & Citizens Services intelligence or cyber environments


+ Strong data analysis skills to identify trends and patterns


+ History of creating and performing Splunk searches for threat actor activities


+ Experience with gathering information from various defensive solutions such as SIEMs


+ Strong applied technical and working knowledge of networking and defensive security postures


+ Working understanding of nation-state cyber activity and indicators of compromise


+ Knowledge and experience with various threat actor tactics, techniques, and procedures


+ Experience with creating threat intelligence products


+ Strong cyber threat intelligence analysis and reporting skills


+ Strong oral and written communication skills


+ Excellent interpersonal and organization skills


+ Working knowledge of Splunk with completion of Splunk Core Certified Power User or completion within 6 months on the program


+ Firm understanding of vulnerabilities and their impact on security applications / systems




An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
