The Data Architect - Manage 600 million+ records in a large-scale data warehouse utilizing big data, analytics to Manage, architect and analyze big data in support of an important federal agency. Data Architect should demonstrate strong architecture skills, data modeling skills, data warehouse and data mart skills. Technologies include SQL Server, Azure Cloud and Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI and Case Management data concepts. Our ideal Data Architect should understand how data modeling decisions lead toward efficient software operation and report generation. Data Architect should have prior experience designing data models for the Cloud with an eye toward cost-efficient design.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

+ Work with senior executive-level federal clients to deliver important, high-profile solutions

+ Act as the architect for transformative agency opportunities, enabling an end-to-end analytics journey

+ Responsible for creating current and to-be state consumer data models (leverage automation)

+ Ensure the to-be model is inclusive of integration of data across systems, collection, storage, processing, management, governance and analysis of data

+ Provide leadership to the delivery teams on ""what to do"" and ""how to do it""

+ Accountable for ensuring that the projects or programs adhere to Delivery best practices and principles

+ Play a key role on the leadership team building the advisory practice, assets, and providing thought leadership

+ Cascade engagement-specific objectives and use these to drive performance evaluation across the delivery team

+ Understand and manage client expectations to enable a successful partnership between client and Accenture Federal teams

+ Build strong and lasting client relationships

Basic Skills & Qualifications:

+ Must be a US Citizen

+ 3 years of Data Architecture experience

+ Data Modeling

+ Cloud experience

+ Dynamics experience

+ Big Data experience

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

+ Bachelors degree is highly desired but not required

+ Knowledge of Agile Software Development and Scaled Agile Framework

+ Experience performing in major federal agency

An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
