The work:
Operations Manager is required to provide defined contribution subject matter expertise to maintain regulatory compliance across third party and internal client operations research. You understand complex requirements, participant requests, and processes. You communicate findings in a technically competent manner, partner cross-functionally with CX Hub, Research, Strategy and Innovation, and Technology teams to ensure operations are timely, accurate, and compliant. As Operations Manager, you proactively identify and offer solutions to resolve potential compliance situations that impact participants and develop processes and documentation to support conclusions. And finally, you support internal and external audits and due diligence requests; oversee various aspects of service delivery operations, including managing various cross functional teams, implementing and improving standard processes and tools to drive operational efficiencies, and participating in the solution design.
Here's what you need:
+ Have 10 years of financial services operational experience working with large defined contribution plans including significant exposure to compliance, policy and procedure oversight
+ Experience with data to monitor, analyze and evaluate large data sets to establish metrics for the leadership team and stakeholders
+ Experience with regulatory compliance and data governance to drive change and meet business objectives in a fast-paced environment
+ Knowledge of the Federal government environment, contracts, and/or Compliance
Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience.As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here. Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role
California: $122,600 - $198,800
Colorado: $122,600 - $171,700
New York City: $141,800 - 198,800
Washington: $130,500 - $182,800
