The Service Delivery Operations Manager is required to provide defined contribution subject matter expertise to maintain regulatory compliance across third party and internal Converge operations research and understand complex requirements, participant requests, and processes and communicate findings in a technically competent manner partner cross functionally with CX Hub, Research, Strategy and Innovation, and Technology teams to ensure operations are timely, accurate, and compliant proactively identify and offer solutions to resolve potential compliance situations that impact participants, and develop processes and documentation to support conclusions support internal and external audits and due diligence requests oversee various aspects of service delivery operations, including managing various cross functional teams, implementing and improving standard processes and tools to drive operational efficiencies, and participating in the solution design.



Here's what you need:

+ Minimum of 10 years of financial services operational experience working with large defined contribution to drive innovation and change.

+ Experience identifying operational goals and overseeing creation of reporting frameworks and dashboards with data analytics team and provide reports to leadership team.

California: $122,600 - $198,800


Colorado: $122,600 - $171,700


New York City: $141,800 - 198,800


Washington: $130,500 - $182,800
