The Deputy PMO Lead:



+ Responsible for the efficient and effective business administration of the program.


+ Supports the PMO Lead in the program's contractual requirements for financial management, invoicing, and payments.


+ Compliance with AFS and US Government requirements.


+ To support program leadership in the achievement of program goals by executing end-to-end program, project, and service management activities.


+ Manage the implementation and updates for program plans, e.g., PMP, CDP, Quality, Communications, etc.


+ Support the Task Order proposal contracting efforts.


+ Support the New Business initiatives.



Responsibilities include but not limited to support program with the ongoing management oversight of:



+ Teaming Partner business administration


+ Subcontracts Management


+ Vendor (Material & ODC) management


+ CDP management,


+ Ensure following AFS time and expense policies


+ Business Development tasks


+ Deal and Pricing Support


+ BD and BP Administration


+ Quality Management


+ Resource Management


+ Financial Reporting

Basic Skills & Qualifications:



+ B.S. degree or equivalent


+ 5+ years of experience


+ 3+ years PMO experience


Preferred Skills & Qualifications:



+ Program and project management (PMP)



An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.


Candidates who are currently employed by a client of Accenture or an affiliated Accenture business may not be eligible for consideration.
