You are:

+ Passionate about the digital asset industry, and are eager to continuously up-skill and hone knowledge in the crypto space

+ Continuously learn and research about the crypto space, including blockchain ecosystems, DeFi, NFTs and DAOs

+ Intermediate knowledge of blockchain ecosystems, DeFi, NFT and DAOs is a prerequisite

+ Comfortable using block explorers for research and transaction analysis

+ A knack for storytelling and communicating complex, technical ideas to non-technical audiences

+ Confident communicating with executives and internal / customer subject matter experts, and dont mind stepping outside of comfort zone when required

+ Comfortable to demo crypto products and services to clients and teams

+ Attention to detail, while being able to get things done efficiently

+ Desire and proven ability to learn new domains and technologies quickly, preferably with a hands-on

+ High degree of initiative and attention to detail, including completing multiple tasks simultaneously and functioning with minimal supervision






The work:

+ Become a sought after and trusted advisor to client investigators, analysts, and leadership

+ Continuously stay up to date on the latest industry trends, projects and events

+ Develop thought-leadership and PoVs on how Federal agencies can and should engage with digital assets

+ Independently deep dive and interact with new projects using wallets, blockchain explorers and other methods

+ Proactively observe and present trends and new insights to the wider team

+ Lead one of more delivery teams of protocol researchers, data scientists and engineers

+ Provide training and guidance to analysts on delivery teams

+ Provide technical advice and investigative/analytic support for complex, technical, and highly sensitive investigations and initiatives pertaining to digital assets

+ Review the adequacy and completeness of investigations and the data collection methods to ensure thorough investigations or analytic assessments

+ Prepare recommendations for investigations, lead follow up, and potential risks that could lead to meaningful results related to the customers mission.

+ Lead institutional-quality research, in the form of reports and memos on products and services (i.e. blockchain protocols and DApps) with a focus on market trends, regulations, risk and compliance

+ Review industry research of blockchain protocols and investment trends and understand blockchain projects to tease out market insights for clients

+ Assist in marketing and cross-collaboration efforts internally and externally

+ Assist in proposal responses and business development

+ Proactively suggest new data types that provide relevant insights to the delivery teams

+ Demonstrated your program and resource-management skills as an emerging leader on the team






Here's what you need:

+ Experience in the digital asset space in a technology leadership role (ie leading project mgmt. teams)

+ Hands on use of digital asset wallets, exchanges and on-chain protocols (i.e. DeFi, DAOs, NFTs, etc)

+ Experience writing research reports and executive memos

+ Experience with financial data analytics, interpreting data (ie historical trends, etc) with intelligence analysis or equivalent forensic experience related to financial crime and digital asset investigations or technical analysis; Experience with financial regulations or compliance










Bonus points if you have:

+ Certifications which are nice to have: Chainalysis, TRM, Ciphertrace or AnChain.AI










Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience.As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below andinformation on benefits offered is here. Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role


California: $90,700 - $147,100


Colorado: $90,700 - $127,100


New York City: $105,000 - $147,100


Washington: $96,600 - $135,200
