In partnership with Recruiting COE Leader, lead the development and execution of a robust and creative diversity recruiting strategy focused on expanding our diverse candidate pipeline and hiring the best talent from underrepresented backgrounds. The Diversity Recruiting lead will work closely with key stakeholders in Recruiting, AFS I&D, Diversity Council, and champions within the business to provide support and guidance on both proactive and immediate diversity recruitment demands across all levels (entry and experienced hiring) within AFS.

Work Youll Do
Partner closely with AFS I&D team to align diversity recruiting programming with overall AFS inclusion and diversity and business goals, ensuring collaboration across recruiting, retention and advancement efforts.
Build and manage relationships with external partners that support our efforts to build a more diverse workforce at all levels of AFS.
Serve as a knowledgeable, trusted advisor to our recruiters, hiring managers and business leaders regarding diversity recruiting strategy.
Partner with entry level team to drive strategy and execution at HBCUs and HSIs to ensure maximum ROI.
Plan and execute diversity recruitment events and programs to include AFS participation in large, diversity conferences (SWE ,SHPE, ALPFA, etc.)
Partner with LLP I&D recruiting leads on joint events and corporate sponsorships with diversity organizations to ensure a seamless candidate experience as we go to market as One Accenture.
Prepare and deliver executive-level reporting on key metrics and project status and ensure timely updates with leadership across HR, Recruiting, Diversity Council
Develop tools and processes that enable AFS recruiters to keep their business leaders informed and engaged in critical diversity hiring initiatives.
Propose industry-leading, creative solutions to diversity recruiting needs and influence leadership to act.
Establish and track success metrics and ROI for all the diversity recruiting events and initiatives.
Consult on and build recruitment strategies and plans that target hiring the best talent while evangelizing diversity strategies with various stakeholders and partners.
Engage with and advocate for top diversity talent to drive hires across all AFS capabilities and portfolios.

Here's what you need:

+ Experience in any of the following areas: Recruiting, HR or Human Capital Consulting

+ Previous experience interfacing with Senior Level Executives

+ Experience developing and partnering with professional diversity organizations (locally or nationally)

+ Experience with data tracking, analysis and presenting results to senior leadership

An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
