Design business processes, including characteristics and key performance indicators (KPIs), to meet process and functional requirements. Work closely with the Application Architect to create the process blueprint and establish business process requirements to drive out application requirements and metrics. Assist in quality management reviews, ensure all business and design requirements are met. Educate stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of the designs.

Enterprise Architect role directly supporting Architecture, Engineering, Technology & Innovation in effort to develop and implement cloud services and big data analytics architecture.

Deliver Enterprise wide Data Strategy and Data Reference Model, produce useful, actionable document templates, guides, artifacts, architecture definitions and presentations directing information services to develop new end-to-end Data Analytics & Processing systems.

Lead strategic Enterprise Architecture Program Development initiatives to established EA Framework custom suited to deliver vision and mission through policy, standards, principles, guides, templates, models, and services balancing risk and innovation, achieving performance goals and expectations

Basic Qualifications:

+ Experienced Sr. Enterprise Architect with demonstrated history of working in the information technology and service industry.

+ Skilled in Digital Strategy, Enterprise Cloud Architect, Enterprise Data Strategy, Customer Experience and Offering Pricing Strategy.

+ Strong Big Data Analytics, Product Offering and Cloud Architecture professional with a Diploma In Advance Computing focused in Computer Science.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ 15+ years of of strategic architectural definition, governance & reference models, planning, capabilities, and execution aligning with strategic business case, vision, goals and objectives.

+ Over 5+ years of experience building Cloud centric Big Data Analytics platforms using leading technologies.

+ 20+ years of experience in IT domain in Treasury Financials, IT Service Management, SIAM (Services Integration and Management), MSI (Managed Services Integration), Large Judicial system, and Child Support Enforcement system

+ 15+ years of leadership experience partnering with senior leadership and executives

+ Strong expertise in Public/Private/Hybrid Cloud Services, Certified AWS Solution Architect, Big Data Analytics, Enterprise Architecture Methodologies TOGAF, certified SOA, Agile Practice and certified PMP methodologies

+ Bachelor's degree; post graduate degree may substitute for 6 years of experience

An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
