Our dedicated colleagues and change makers work with our clients at the heart of the nations priorities in defense, intel, public safety, health and civilian to help you make a difference for the people you employ, serve and protect.You are:A Governance, Risk, Compliance (GRC) Manager who will work in the Information Security GRC Technology Team in the CISO organization to develop, execute, and maintain a security risk evaluation program that identifies and mitigates threats through measured analysis, consultation, advice, and direction for controls, designs, while having a direct impact on the companys technology risk profile.




The work:

+ Perform and manage end-to-end software risk management evaluations, vendor profile reviews, other reviews, and recertifications

+ Determine impact against key objectives with the ability to link risk management and initiatives against critical business strategies and processes

+ Implement industry standards, frameworks, and best practices in cyber risk management programs, practices, and processes inclusive of risk identification, analysis, response, communication, monitoring and escalation

+ Conduct third-party risk assessment including cloud and knowledge of industry frameworks such as FedRAMP, NIST, ISO, etc

+ Demonstrated experience in risk management and control frameworks and industry best practices

+ Drive process and technology improvements based on competing priorities

+ Partner with stakeholders to develop effective risk identification and mitigation strategies

+ Proactively engage team members and leadership to ensure changes or enhancements consider risk before implementation

+ Create and disseminate reporting and metrics related to key stakeholders and leadership

+ Experience reviewing OSS and third-party code in applications and containers, as well as associated tools






Here's what you need:

+ U.S. Citizenship required

+ 5 years of Cyber Risk Management Experience

+ Demonstrated understanding of data governance requirements

+ Experience with developing an effective control environment related to data integrity and accuracy of reporting

+ Demonstrate organizational agility to adapt to changing demands

+ Ability to demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills

+ Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills

+ Ability to set direction, manage expectations and lead cross-functional teams






Bonus points if you have:

+ Bachelors degree Bachelors Degree in Cyber/Information Security Risk, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or Quantitative discipline

+ IT/Risk Management Certification (CRSC, CGEIT, CISA, CISM, etc.)

California: $111,400-$180,700




Colorado: $111,400-$156,100




New York City: $129,100-$180,700




Washington State: $118,700-$166,100
