Manager needed to lead a team of 5-20 professionals in business process improvement for a range of financial management, budgeting and reporting related processes. Basic Qualifications:

+ At least 5 years of consulting experience, which may be Federal or private sector clients

+ General knowledge/understanding of government finance and accounting structure

+ Understanding of federal financial management and budget processes, policies and procedures, including relevant legislation and mandates

+ Familiarity with federal financial management systems and/or federal budgeting systems, including transactions that are completed within these systems (e.g. accounts payable, accounts receivable, procurement, budget execution)

+ Experience working with federal finance and/or budget clients

+ Bachelor's Degree required; health field preferred

+ U.S. Citizenship required




Preferred Qualifications:



+ Experience with Unified Financial Management Systems (UFMS) desired


+ Experience working with federal health clients in this area desired


+ Certification(s) in Lean/Six Sigma, PMP, or CGFM desired

+ Experience leading workstreams in Federal health agencies highly desired

+ Experience working with Microsoft suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

+ Advanced degree relevant to healthcare a plus

+ Consulting experience




An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
