The HR
Program & Operations Specialist will design and drive effective
implementation of strategic HR programs and projects. Act as liaison
between IT and the business by leveraging both business and technology acumen
to solve issues. Candidate should understand the HR function of a
business and have a technical aptitude and interest in supporting the systems
that an HR team uses to operate efficiently and effectively. Ensure HR
employees are informed, integrated and enabled with appropriate systems. Act as
the HR Systems SME by supporting our HR teams and ensuring that HR systems
efficiently support the business. When new tools and processes are introduced
to the business, the HR Program & Operations Specialist will ensure that
these systems are properly maintained and remediated, as necessary, to continue
to support the evolving business needs.





Professional
Skill Requirements:



Interest in both the functional and technical aspects of the HR Function and
how systems support HR Roles.


Excellent
interpersonal, collaboration and facilitation skills



Ability to collaborate across multiple teams with competing priorities


Self-driven; proactive and takes ownership



Ability to solve problems and remain calm under pressure


Prior
experience as a Business Analyst with in an HR related function











Basic Qualifications:



+ US Citizenship required


+ Bachelor's degree

+ Combined
3 years HR Functional or Systems work experience




Preferred Skills:

+ Prior
HR experience

+ Familiarity in working in an Agile or DevOps project environment

+ Preferred Technical Experience with SAP/Costpoint/SuccessFactors/AI/ServiceNow

+ Basic
skills manipulating data (excel: vlookup, pivot tables)
