You are:



An Infrastructure Tech Arch Team Lead who is expected to provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes).



The work:





+ Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands



+ Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting



+ Provide technical leadership to the team, review technical deliverables, and make recommendation to the team leader and team manager in daily operation and project planning



+ Make recommendation and raise question or concerns on successful delivery of the Infrastructure blueprint over the whole lifecycle of a small or medium size project



+ Make recommendation on hardware sizing for small or medium size project



+ Work with team leads on work planning, priority, and plan resources accordingly



+ Propose and prototype new or updated approaches to increase application security, high availability and performance, and reduced cost



+ Identify areas of improvement in increased efficiency, cost reduction, or increased quality of work by automation or using new technologies



+ Review operation processes and procedures, update existing or create new ones













Here's what you need:



+ U.S. Citizenship Required



+ 3 years experience in administrating Deltek Suite including Costpoint, Time and Expense, and/or Costpoint Enterprise Reporting (CER): Worked on technical aspects of Deltek installation, configuration, upgrade and patching, maintenance and troubleshooting



+ 2 years experience in a lead role in a team that is responsible to ensure high availability, performance, and security of IT applications or infrastructure



+ Proven experience with documentation and coaching capability



+ Ability to quickly troubleshoot issues and provide sound solutions



+ Proven ability to identify potential areas of improvement and make recommendations



Bonus points if you have:







+ Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field



+ Knowledge of Cloud Computing, PowerShell, Microsoft SQL Servers, IIS, Weblogic, and SCRUM frameworks



+ Ability to function in a fast paced high demand environment



+ Ability to learn new skills and research issues on their own when needed



+ Ability to develop strong professional relationships with fellow team members



+ Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills



+ Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills













Important information An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
