The IT Requirements Manager will be part of an Accenture team supporting a Department of Defense (DoD) Intelligence Community (IC) organization. The candidate will work closely with the client to provide IT Requirements Manager. This high visibility role will include frequent interaction with client stakeholders and their customers. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:





+ Develop and maintain a Requirement Management Plan


+ Document and manage the Requirements management process


+ Develop, and maintain the communication strategy for requirement changes


+ Analyze requirements - Coordinate with Account Managers, Project Managers, and technical staff to define requirements, as well as assist in the prioritization of the requirements.


+ Specify/document requirements - placing the requirement within ONI Requirements Project Management System (RPMS) system; and complete Requirements Definition Forms (RDFs) and Requirements Project Plans (RPPs)


+ Baseline requirement groups - verify, validate, and prioritize requirements (i.e.: agree and sign-off on requirements)


+ Monitor/track requirements - Tracing allows us to understand why the requirement exists, the impact of change, if the set of requirements is complete, and helps prioritize requirements. The Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) is a method and tool for tracking of requirements.


+ Manage and control changes to requirements - Enable the project team to determine how and why a requirement has changed over time, as well as help ensure that a review of requirements is being conducted on the correct version of requirements, and not an old version


+ Report requirements compliance and metrics






Basic Qualifications:




+ Bachelors Degree with a minimum of 4 years experience in IT requirements analysis


+ Demonstrated competence in project management and technical competence in discipline field(s)



Preferred Qualifications:




+ Strong communication skills and ability to manage complex requirements sets


+ Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms (ServiceNow preferred)


+ IT Infrastructure Library, Version 3 (ITIL v3) Fundamentals or higher certified


+ Proven ability to work independently and as a team member


+ Strong communication and collaboration skills


+ Desire to add value to the client and Accenture above and beyond the role


+ PMP Certification


+ Familiarity with Federal Government IT processes, regulations, and architectures




An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
