Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) Manager will lead IT service management Team and service management enterprise wide. This role is responsible for service management process implementation, service management metrics and reporting, and improvements to the IT Service Management platform. This role is also responsible for the day-to-day execution of the IT Change Management, asset management and resource management processes for the customer.




Basic Skills & Qualifications:





+ 5-10 years of experience or a B.S. degree. Bachelor of Science (BS) can
be substituted with an additional 3-5 years of related experience


+ ITIL Foundation Certification


+ 3-5 years of experience leading multiple teams for government customers
focused on customer relationship and ITSM/ITIL


+ 3-5 years of experience gathering requirements for ITSM/ITIL projects
and initiatives for government contracts


+ 3-5 years of Client Facing experience with senior government leadership


+ 1-3 years of experience with SharePoint administration (Develop Form or
Workflow)


+ 1-3 years of experience with IT Service Management Tool ServiceNow (Or
Remedy, HP etc) utilization


+ 1-3 years of experience with ISO 20000 audits and recertifications


+ Knowledge and ability to speak with the Developers on modules. (Back
End)


+ US Citizenship required



























+ Preferred Skills & Qualifications:








+ ITIL Intermediate certification


+ Experience building and developing senior level reports


+ Experience with ITIL Service Operation process design and development






+ Experience with ITIL Service Transition process design and development






+ Experience with SharePoint site design and development




An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
