Job Responsibilities:

+ Implement, install and troubleshoot Forescout, including the development of custom content, monitoring system health, performing upgrades/updates, and ensuring proper operation of physical & virtual appliances

+ Assist Security Engineers in the proper application of vulnerability scanning technologies across a network environment

+ Work with Engineers to troubleshoot network connectivity issues including running WireShark, interfacing with various Network Operation Centers (NOCs) to isolate faults and submitting/verifying firewall change requests

+ Document the network configurations of solution elements including creating drawings and text descriptions













Basic Qualifications:



+ Hands on experience integrating, deploying, and configuring Forescout


+ 4 years of experience supporting enterprise network security technologies such as IDS/IPS, firewalls, 802.1x, Router and Switches


+ 2 years of government consulting experience


+ Required Certifications: FCSE (Forescout Certified Engineer Training) and/or FSCA (Forescout Certified Administrator)




Preferred Qualifications:



+ One or more related certification such as CISSP, CCNP, Security+, Splunk Core Consultant, Elasticsearch Engineer, applicable Security vendor certifications (Microsoft, Red Hat, McAfee, Tenable, Carbon Black, palo alto, Cylance, FireEye, CrowdStrike, etc.).


+ Experienced in the acquisition, design, sizing, deployment, installation, maintenance, operating and usage of the Government Enterprise networks


+ Familiarity with the NIST 800, FedRAMP, Risk Management Framework, Security Controls, and the Federal Information Security Modernization Act (FISMA) operating standards and applicable guidelines




An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one
may be required for this role.
