You Are:


As the Managed Security Services Delivery Lead and Business Owner Senior Manager, you will be accountable for the following business objectives:

+ Managing client satisfaction and successful delivery of AFS Managed Security Services products

+ Growing the Managed Security Service business by unearthing new opportunities

+ Targeting and developing new business opportunities






The Work:


A career leading our Managed Security Services team will provide you an opportunity to collaborate with a wide array of teams to help our clients solve their most complex information security needs and contributing toward their business resilience and improved security posture. Additionally, y ou will be responsible for relationships with sales, customers, and prospective customers to continually grow and improve our solution offerings.




You will report to the AFS Cybersecurity Capability Lead and work closely with Client Account Leadership, Accenture Securitys global delivery network, and other AFS Technology Capability experts leading our most important Go-To-Market Managed Security Services solution offerings.


As our Managed Security Services lead you will be:

+ Accountable for all aspects of Managed Security Service (MSS). This includes:

+ Technical

+ Sales

+ Marketing

+ Compliance

+ Customer Satisfaction

+ Growth Plan

+ Sustainability

+ Create and/or update a vision to continually expand on how we respond to emerging cyber threats at both:

+ An execution-level (i.e., monthly staffing and technology estimates by workstream, by role & rank, by location, with associated volume data) with detailed, consumable assumptions and continuously maintained change logs, and

+ An executive summary-level (holistic solution strategy, milestones, risks, dependencies, critical assumptions, competitive assessment, etc.)

+ Define the staffing pyramid, location strategy, service levels, deliverables/outputs, volumes & drivers of effort

+ Work closely with Client Account Leads on presales of future opportunities.

+ Serve as the Product Owner collaborate with our Sales, Security Architects, and Compliance teams to ensure that our solutions meet federal requirements and customer demands.

+ Manage sales pipeline and reporting through AFS sales reporting and tracking tools

+ Demonstrate technical expertise with infrastructure architecture design/implementation and management.

+ Maintain our comprehensive SIEM and Security Analytics architecture to support real-time security monitoring operations

+ Implement the Operating Model to Manage day to day Security Operations Center Procedures and Processes

+ Leverage your existing experience with SIEM and log management products: Microsoft Sentinel, HP-ArcSight, Q-Radar, Splunk, RSA Security Analytics, Nitro and other leading SIEM products to develop a comprehensive SIEM and Security Analytics architecture that supports real-time security monitoring operations

+ Demonstrate expertise with tools and processes used in security incident detection and handling

+ Demonstrate expertise with security event analysis and intrusion detection (IDS/IPS Incident response - triage, incident analysis, remediation)

+ Build and implement reporting and visualizations to inform and assist clients' incident response teams and security managers

+ Communicate with all levels of leaders, follow methodologies, and create/present clear, concise deliverables

+ Continuously improve the existing framework and approaches and ongoing Transformation to drive efficiency/productivity improvements and reduce cost-to-serve over time






Here Is What You Need:

+ Bachelors Degree or 10 years of equivalent industry experience

+ Experience working within a managed security service environment supporting the Federal Government

+ Well versed and skilled in MSFT Office (Word, PPT and Excel) for deliverables

+ Experience with: Federal Government agencies and/or security compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP, etc.






Bonus Points If:

+ Advanced Degree

+ 10+ years of industry experience

+ Strong analytical and communication skills to enable positive external and internal communications in oral, presentation, and written form

+ Strong organizational skills, with capability to work independently to plan, structure, organize and execute on pursuit opportunities

+ Certifications: Security Technology (CISSP, CISM, CISA, etc.) ad/or Project Management (PMP, PGMP)

+ Expert understanding of sales and business development process

+ Experience leveraging and using the Microsoft Security Suite, Splunk Enterprise Security, or similar

+ Past Government experience

+ Problem Solving skills

+ Understanding of industry leading and emerging technologies that enable services

+ Confidence to ask tough questions and challenge teams, especially when a teams solution is not clear or comprehensive

Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience.As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below andinformation on benefits offered is here. Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role


California: $141,800 - $230,100


Colorado: $141,800 - $198,800


New York City: $164,200 - $230,100


Washington: $151,100 - $211,800
