You Are:
An enthusiastic, team-oriented individual who is energized by leading at the intersection of marketing and communications strategy and delivery. You move effortlessly between knowing when to coach and empower others and when to roll up your sleeves and get it done yourself. The ideal candidate has experience with digital marketing concepts, an understanding of multi-channel campaign execution, digital and traditional marketing across various channels. They should be as comfortable technical solutioning as they are discussing the clients strategic business goals and how those goals intersect with the as-is and to-be state of the marketing and communications platform. They should have a collaborative approach to leadership, focusing on developing analysts and team leads skills , with an ability to manage a team using different frameworks. Must be local to DC region and able to lead team in-office up to a few times a week.
The Work:
+ Mobilize a dynamic team of 15+ strategists, campaign managers, functional analysts, and reporting/analytics analysts to develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns
+ Serve as a front door, integrator, and Chief Problem Solver between clients and Accenture marketing SMEs to ideate and execute single and multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, mobile push, organic social, paid media)
+ Work to transform the clients business goals into functional requirements for platform features and minor enhancements, supporting the development lifecycle through to deployment.
+ Oversee multiple projects at once, effectively managing time and delegating work
+ Champion the delivery of high-quality work products
+ Coach, mentor, and develop team members using a framework of goal setting, feedback, and performance development planning
+ Enforce standard team processes while identifying opportunities for efficiencies and facilitating ideation of improvements
+ Always looking towards a bigger vision and cultivating the teams ambition
Here Is What You Need:
+ Bachelor's Degree or 7 years of equivalent industry experience
+ Experience with digital marketing concepts and project management
+ Experience with or an understanding of multi-channel campaign execution and/or digital marketing technology
+ Experience leading a team
Bonus Points If:
+ Advanced Degree
+ 10+ years of industry experience
+ Experience with one or more of the following: Campaign Management, Campaign Planning, Customer Insight and Marketing Analysis, Agile Requirement Management, and/or Content Marketing Strategy, User Experience, Customer Journey Management
+ Experience leading a team of 10+, preferably in an integrator/connector role

Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience.As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below andinformation on benefits offered is here. Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role
California: $141,800 - $230,100
Colorado: $141,800 - $198,800
New York City: $164,200 - $230,100
Washington: $151,100 - $211,800
