an Operations Excellence (OpEx) Consultant, you will lead workstreams on
project teams related to the Accenture Federal Services Management Consulting
Operations Excellence practice. Project
scopes may include: Business Process Re-Engineering, Workforce Optimization,
High Performance Management, Supply Chain Excellence, or Enterprise Resource
Planning Optimization. Project
workstream teams are typically made up of Analysts and Senior Analysts. You will be expected to provide vision,
guidance, and direction to junior team members.
You will also be expected to contribute to the Community of Practice
(CoP) via Intellectual Property such as white papers, and other reusable
assets; assisting with business development via the development of marketing
materials, and proposal writing; participating in periodic CoP calls, attending
industry conferences, and generating interest in the CoP with junior team

Basic Qualifications:

+ 3 years of experience in at least two of the following skill areas: labor and capacity planning, lean implementations, process improvements, managing workforce performance, project management, assessments and future state planning, integration of engineering data into ERP implementations and or warehouse and distribution center environment

+ Bachelors degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering degree or Supply Chain Management or Engineering Science and Mechanics or Chemical
Engineering AND experience with industrial engineering and supply chain

+ US Citizenship

Preferred Skills:

+ Working in or with federal, state, or local government organization

+ Working in the health care industry

An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
