Key Responsibilities:

+ Liaise with senior Finance leadership team to understand relocation change impacts, including project stakeholders, key messages, and org structure requirements to inform the relocation strategy and execution

+ Assess various organization models/structures against the Finance Divisions transition goals; devise recommendations on the org scenarios that best align with the client's future-state vision and objectives

+ Support development of related roles, jobs, and tasks in the proposed organization model

+ Refine and manage the relocation program management strategy, to include the integrated project plan, governance framework, and meeting cadence; ensure mechanisms are in place to inform client leadership of relocation progress, risks, and issues

+ Develop and execute the relocation measurement strategy; identify and integrated disparate data into meaningful metrics that demonstrate transition success












Basic Qualifications:






+ Bachelors Degree

+ 5 years of experience developing human capital strategies (including organizational design and journey management) to include experience developing and managing integrated program management strategies (including project plan development, metrics creation, RACI development, etc.)

+ U.S. Citizenship required






Additional Preferred skills and qualifications:





+ Proven ability to manage client relationships


+ Proven ability to grow / expand scope of work for new business


+ Good communication skills (oral and written)


+ Strong time management skills


+ Experience in designing and executing organizational design programs






An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
