Key Responsibilities:

+ Leads execution of strategy and transition plan for relocation

+ Support development of related roles, jobs, and tasks in the proposed organization model

+ Identifies and develops supporting tools to inform the org design strategy, including the workforce assessment, capacity plan, and detailed implementation plan

+ Liaises with HRD to assist in talent management strategy

+ Advises on the development of a change management and communication strategy and campaign for the clients org transformation and transfer to new site. Includes: includes stakeholder analysis, communication development, distribution of multi-channel communications, and analysis of communication effectiveness

+ Liaises with client to understand relocation change impacts, including project stakeholders, key messages, and org structure requirements to inform the change mgmt. approach

+ Support change management sustainment activities, including metrics measurement and ad

Basic Qualifications:

+ Bachelors Degree

+ 3 years of Change Management experience

Additional Preferred skills and qualifications:

+ Experience in designing and executing organizational design programs

+ Proven ability to manage client relationships

+ Proven ability to grow / expand scope of work for new business

+ Good communication skills (oral and written)

+ Strong time management skills

+ Experience in designing and executing organizational design programs

Important Information

U.S. Citizenship is required for this role

An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
