The AFS Cyber Practice is seeking a motivated partner alliance manager to support business needs and to help drive sales throughout the organization. The role requires a professional alliance and sales oriented leader to drive new business across key cyber OEMs. Responsibilities for this role include:




+ Implement and communicate channel and sales related processes, business initiatives and coordination with all stakeholders and portfolios within the organization


+ Lead business initiatives, both directly and with our partners, in order to increase our overall performance


+ Training and knowledge transfer to all stakeholders and Cyber Practice leadership


+ Lead internal sales operations sales enablement projects






Basic Skills & Qualifications:



+ Facilitation skills


+ Prior sales related experience


+ Experience leading/running end to end processes/project management


+ Bachelor's Degree required


+ 5+ years of relevant work experience within the industry


+ Prior OEM, VAR, and/or Distributor public sector work experience preferred



Preferred Skills:




+ Oral and written communication skills


+ Good Interpersonal skills and service oriented





An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
