Job Description:

Consultant will be part of a multi-disciplinary management and technology consulting team. The consultant will be responsible for learning how to use and become a power user for a ServiceNow application to track client data. This is a client facing role where the Consultant will conduct guided interviews with customers to identify qualifying data sets and work with the customers to help input their data into the application. The consultant will also need to liaise with partner programs and work with other members of the team to document and track customer data and process issues as they arise.

Successful candidate will have proven ability to work independently and as a team member, excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills, and good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.

Activities may include:

Daily interaction with client

Prepare and deliver Sr. level briefings

Generate current state and future state process documents

Assemble decision/recommendation briefs and

Liaise with other client teams to coordinate use of data

Generate meeting minutes

Create status reports

Write weekly highlights

Generate and update PowerPoint presentations

Minimum Qualifications:

+ 4 years of experience in business architecture design implementation, change management efforts, business support, analysis or business process redesign. Should be able to apply skills and experience in systems development, detailed knowledge of business processes, technical background and supervisory skills to implement business solutions

+ Minimum Education: Bachelors Degree or 3 years related experience

+ Proficient or advanced MS Office skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PPT

Preferred Qualifications:

+ ServiceNow Administrator/Developer training and/or certification

+ Lean Six Sigma training and/or certification

+ Experience consulting on applying technology solutions to customer business process

+ Familiarity with relational databases (how tables in an application reference each-other)

An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
