You are:


Lead scrum teams, providing vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project. Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks. Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product. Define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities. Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy. Manage backlog, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories. Work closely with Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI. Lead the planning product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities. Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals.
















Heres What You Need:

+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in Agile delivery

+ Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Product Owner and/or Scrum Master role within a SAFe Agile environment

+ Experience in maintaining team backlogs, working with stakeholders to build, edit and maintain backlogs.

+ Experience in collaborating with System and/or Solution Architect Engineering team members to assist with decision making and sequencing of the critical technological infrastructures that will host the new business functionality






Bonus points if you have:

+ SAFe Agile Certification

+ Certified SAFe Product Owner / Product Manager

+ Product Owner (CSP-PO)

+ Certified Scrum Professional






Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience.As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here. Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role


California: $ 82,400 - $133,700


Colorado: $ 82,400 - $115,500


New York City: $ 95,400 - $133,700


Washington: $ 87,800 - $122,900
