The Quality and Compliance Analyst will be responsible for the following:

+ Perform Quality Assurance of all contract deliverables

+ Polish whitepapers to transform technical documentation into professional quality artifacts

+ Establish and organize a filing system to track and retain all delivered contract items throughout the life of the contract

+ Work with team leads to develop a project plan for each initiative, assess and document Level of Effort (LOE) of activities, leverage Agile / Scrum methodologies to allocate resources, forecast planned work and target progress

+ Develop and regularly deliver meaningful progress and forecasting reports

+ Create and update Gant charts in Microsoft Project

+ Report on progress made including the status of milestones, resources, funding, risks, staff, any issues/concerns, and customer feedback

+ Continuous review and analysis of performance data such as key Performance Indications (i.e. risk, trends), Metrics of a program, project, or operational process

Basic Skills & Qualifications:

+ + Applies process improvement and reengineering principles, methodologies, and structured approaches to effect process modernization and quality improvement efforts with an understanding of technical problems and solutions as they relate to the current and future business environment.

+ Analyzes business processes by mapping and evaluating as-is process scope, objectives and steps.

+ Identifies gaps and opportunities for improvement, integrating new and improved processes with existing ones.

+ Recommends process, quality, and performance measurement improvements.

+ Assists with institutionalization communicating these changes to impacted Business Systems teams and other stakeholders.

+ Provides input, documents requirements, and supports the design and delivery of training and orientation programs as needed to support process changes.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

+ An associates degree or bachelors degree preferred

+ AFS business operations experience

+ Strong written and verbal
communications skills. Business acumen
since will be providing status to gov't clients.

+ Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma, or similar
industry-recognized certification strongly preferred for Senior to Expert

An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
