You are:


SAP Onsite Support Lead

+ Provide on-site support to a Federal Government client for an SAP ERP solution which supports users overseas and Shaw AFB (SC).

+ Work activities include learning the solution process areas, applying this knowledge to answer/facilitate end-users use of the solution, identifying system issues and addressing as required, leading the team to determine day to day activities, providing necessary status to client, and assisting with managing & resolving end-user issues/concerns.

+ Role also requires solving complex process issues, identifying gaps in process and providing solutions to resolve.










Here's what you need:



+ Bachelors Degree (OR Associate's Degree plus 2 additional years of relevant experience OR High School Diploma plus 4 additional years of relevant experience).


+ 3 years experience leading a team within a service environment.


+ Experience working with help desk trouble ticketing systems.


+ Experience with one or more of the following SAP modules: FM, FICO, RP (real property), PM, MM, SD, or AP, Microsoft Windows Platform.


+ 1 year experience working as a subject matter expert in a help desk capacity.

Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role


California: $111,400 - $180,700


Colorado: $111,400 - $156,100


New York City: $129,100 - $180,700


Washington: $118,700 - $166,100
